The story
Ivy Concierge grew from a simple belief: life moves fast, and the people carrying the most shouldn't have to hold all of it on their own. I created Ivy to offer the kind of support that feels seamless and quietly dependable, a trusted right hand who understands the pace, the pressure, and the privacy that come with running a business, raising a family, or doing both at the same time.
I'm David Kalyuta, the founder of Ivy. For more than a decade, I have worked closely with founders, executives, and private families, looking after operations, executive assistance, lifestyle management, property coordination, and the complex logistics that fill a day. My experience runs across luxury service, hospitality at the highest level, fast moving startups, fintech, and private households, along with years in cruise and yacht environments where the standards are exacting and nothing is left to chance. Living and studying abroad taught me to move easily between cultures, to think ahead, and to resolve things before they ever become a problem.
